Win and Morgan have both been there.

Morgan struggled through 7 years with critically ill children, always putting herself last. By the time she started to exercise and eat healthier again, it was about more than ‘self care.’ Alongside her faith, fitness was a way to stay sane, stay strong, and feel grounded.

After her daughters’ passing, fitness and health became an outlet for transformation.

The Virtual Group Program

EXERCISE PROGRAM

3-5x per week workouts with cardio and resistance training. You’ll be able to do the workouts with minimal equipment, at home or at a gym.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

We’ll provide grocery shopping guidelines and portion size recommendations. It’s not a diet and you won’t feel hungry all the time– the goal is to make healthy habits a normal part of your routine.

1:1 COACHING CALLS

With once a week coaching calls and weekly group calls, you’ll get the accountability and encouragement to keep going.
